Debtors Clerk

Requirements :

Grade 12

Debtors experience

Creditors experience will be an added advantage

General Accounting knowledge

Pastel Partner experience will be an advantage but not essential

Ariba / Coupa experience will be an advantage but not essential

Valid drivers license and own transport

• Good computer literacy and typing skills.
• Ability to execute tasks punctually, quickly and accurately.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent Debtors / Money collection skills
• Have basic knowledge of accounting.
• Be able to multitask
• Trustworthy
• Team player.
• Analytical thinker and problem solver.
• Be able to work under pressure
• Excellent with time management

Responsibilities :

• Generating Pro-Forma Customer Invoices
• Processing of Customer Invoices
• Reconciliation of Customer Accounts
• Sending Customer Account Statements
• Loading Invoices on ARIBA / COUPA platform
• Collecting money from Customers
• General Account Queries
• General Admin duties
• Reporting
