Debtors Clerk (Motor Industry)

📍 Location : Northern Suburbs, Sandton Johannesburg

💰 Salary : R18 000 - R20 000 CTC per month

Our client, a privately owned dealer in the motor industry, is seeking an experienced Debtors Clerk to join their finance team in Sandton. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong reconciliation skills and proven experience in managing debtor accounts.

Requirements :

Minimum of 3 years experience as a Debtors Clerk

SAGE experience is essential

Motor Industry Experience Advantageous

Experience with TMS or similar software is advantageous

Strong reconciliation and reporting skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines

Key Responsibilities :

Full debtors function, including capturing and reconciling accounts

Following up on outstanding payments and managing collections

Preparing debtor reports and ensuring accuracy in records

Assisting with month-end close and audit preparation

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
