Key Responsibilities :

Reporting to the Head of Finance, youll manage the debtors function for rental and levy accounts handling billing, collections, reconciliations, and tenant queries ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payments across the property portfolio.

Job Experience and Skills Required :

• Diploma in accounting or similar
• Minimum 3 Years experience in a similar role
• MDA experience
• An Understanding of Life rights
