Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms
- Conduct keyword research, audience analysis, and competitive intelligence to inform campaign strategies
- Create compelling ad copy, design A / B tests, and collaborate with creative teams on visual assets
- Monitor campaign performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates
- Analyze data to identify optimization opportunities and implement performance improvements
- Manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI across all channels
- Prepare detailed performance reports and present insights to stakeholders
- Stay updated with platform changes, industry trends, and emerging marketing technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and analytics
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field4-6 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or digital advertisingProficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and Google AnalyticsStrong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation and reportingKnowledge of tracking and attribution tools (UTM parameters, pixel implementation)Understanding of conversion optimization and landing page best practicesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPreferred Qualifications :
Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systemsKnowledge of programmatic advertising and DSP platformsFamiliarity with Excel / Google Sheets for data analysis
