Job descriptionMatric (Senior Certificate) – Technical Diploma or N4 in Electrical / Electronic Engineering is an advantage. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in technical sales or field support, ideally in access automation or electronic security. Excellent troubleshooting ability and strong communication skills. A proactive, self-driven approach with good territory management. A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle are essential - petrol will be compensated.
Detail : Key Responsibilities :
- Drive installer engagement by promoting the product range and encouraging upselling opportunities.
- Provide advanced technical support through site visits, diagnostics, and field-based problem solving.
- Deliver installer training sessions and product demonstrations.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, feedback, and activities using CRM tools.
- Share valuable insights on market trends and competitor activity.
