About The Role
This isn’t your typical sales position. We’re looking for a deeply emotionally intelligent and technologically savvy sales representative / consultant who can meet potential customers with empathy, warmth, and clarity. Your role involves proactive outreach, making intentional connections with people who have completed our online questionnaire but have not yet converted. These are not cold calls—they are conversations with people who are often navigating hope, loss, and uncertainty.
You must be comfortable holding space for sensitive topics while using smart tools to streamline communications and follow up with precision. A key part of your role will be to handle these conversations with empathy and a high degree of compliance, avoiding unsolicited medical advice and keeping all information educational and aligned with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) principles.
This role is ideal for someone with a healthcare or wellness background, matched with the confidence and skill to ethically guide women toward a solution that could transform their journey to motherhood.

Training & Enablement
You will receive onboarding in our brand tone, specific product formulations, and key fertility Q&A topics. We will also provide a diet guide and objection handling frameworks. A significant part of your training will involve self‑reading our detailed internal resources to build your expertise and confidence.
