Overview

Contracts Manager - Hospitality at Fidelity Services Group. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Contracts Manager to join our team in a casino environment. The Contracts Manager will be responsible for overseeing all contractual agreements within the casino, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations and safeguarding the interests of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all contracts adhere to legal requirements and company policies.
• Manage the contract lifecycle, including contract renewals, amendments, and terminations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and external parties.
• Handle any contract disputes or issues that may arise, and work towards resolution.
• Monitor and track contract performance, ensuring all parties fulfill their obligations.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to casino contracts.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position will be a proactive and confident individual with a strong understanding of contract management in a casino environment. They must be able to work well under pressure and have excellent interpersonal skills to successfully collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
