Senior Manager Transaction Services

We are seeking a Senior Manager (Transaction Advisor) to join a leading independent advisory firm operating across Africa. This is a client-facing position at the centre of multi-disciplinary project teams, requiring strong financial acumen, project management capability, and the ability to see the bigger picture.

You will be responsible for managing the transaction cycle from feasibility through to financial close, working with clients, lenders, legal advisors, technical consultants, and internal teams to deliver bankable solutions.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex, multi-stakeholder transactions across infrastructure, energy, and mining sectors.
• Interpret, challenge, and apply financial models to support decision-making.
• Drive execution of project finance processes including feasibility studies, due diligence, and funding negotiations.
• Act as a trusted client advisor, ensuring clear communication and practical solutions.
• Oversee junior staff and external consultants, ensuring quality outputs and timely delivery.
• Prepare and present reports, investment cases, and recommendations to clients, funders, and stakeholders.
• Contribute to fundraising, transaction structuring, and advisory mandates.

Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications : BCom Finance, Chartered Accountant, MBA, or equivalent.
