Are you a driven leader with a passion for performance and a strong eye for detail? We’re looking for a Collections Team Leader to guide and inspire our collections team while driving efficient, customer-focused debt recovery processes. This role is perfect for someone ready to take ownership of performance, strategy, and compliance in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Lead, support, and motivate a team of collections agents to achieve high performance
Develop and implement effective debt collection strategies
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching
Manage training and upskilling initiatives for agents
Allocate resources and manage workloads to optimize productivity
Analyze data and metrics to improve recovery rates and minimize customer churn
Oversee professional and compliant communication with customers
Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and company policies
Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management
Collaborate with internal departments to support collection efforts
