The Loans Agent / Originator Role is a customer facing and interactive role that requires the Employee to engage with customers to assess, explain and review loan applications. This role is often the first point of contact for new and returning clients and requires someone with above average customer service and communication skills, both in person and telephonically. The successful candidate will be in charge of contacting customers, reviewing loan applications, processing customer applications, and confirming employment.
