Overview
Our passenger dealer client based in JHB South is seeking an experienced Parts Manager to oversee the entire parts department, manage inventory, and provide excellent customer service.
Specific Role Responsibilities
- Handle and manage customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure inventory levels are maintained accurately.
- Determine the parts that need to be purchased.
- Sell manufactured parts to customers.
- Supervise the shipment issues of the parts ordered.
- Manage team members and delegate tasks to them.
- Oversee replacement procedures.
- Look out for new suppliers offering better quality products.
- Assist the HR department in hiring new employees.
- Provide training sessions to new team members.
- Resolve inconsistencies across all purchase orders.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Plan and create promotional campaigns for parts on sale.
- Ensure customers receive excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Prepare monthly and annual sales part reports.
- Adhere to all company rules and regulations.
Qualifications and Experience
Matric3+ Years Experience as a Parts ManagerValid Driver’s LicenseSkills and Personal Attributes
