Maintenance Technician

Our client is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team, based in Cookhouse (Eastern Cape).Successful candidate will run and manage all electrical and mechanical systems and implement and maintain an effective preventative maintenance programme to minimise breakdowns.Minimum Requirements : -Matric essentialQualified Artisan / Millwright Certificate (essential for this role)Trade CertificateDairy experience advantageousMinimum 2 years' experience in a Manufacturing environmentStrong work ethic and attention to detailProblem-solverTeam player with excellent communication skillsWillingness to work in a fast-paced and demanding production environmentAbility to adapt to change shift times, priorities and responsibilitiesAble to drive through for call-outs outside of shift timesDuties : -Equipment MaintenanceElectrical MaintenanceInstallation and SetupTroubleshootingPreventative MaintenanceSpare Parts ManagementSafety ComplianceDocumentation Maintenance
