Senior Handyman : Maintenance

Fancourt, South Africas premier golfing, leisure and lifestyle destination, is situated in George in the heart of the Garden Route.

We are looking for a Senior Handyman (Hotel Maintenance) as part of our Maintenance team.

The ideal candidate must be energetic and work well in a team.

A minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent, with 1-2 years experience in a similar role.

Duties include, but are not limited to :

• Provide overall maintenance;
• To provide both preventive and repair maintenance;
• Minor carpentry and plumbing projects;
• Configuring and moving furniture;
• Replacing lightbulbs & painting;
• Assist the maintenance team as needed;
• Perform other duties as assigned.

We are looking for candidates who have their own accommodation in George / surrounds, who are prepared to work weekends, Public holiday and shifts, and who are fit and able to carry out the normal responsibilities attached to this role.
