Controls Engineer

Requirements :

• Maintain and update the companys PLC standards, libraries, and technical documentation.
• Hands-on involvement in large-scale pumping and water management projects worldwide .
• 5+ years experience in PLC programming and industrial controls.
• Strong hands-on experience with Schneider PLCs, HMIs, and programming software (essential).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical for control design and wiring diagrams.
• Knowledge of industrial automation, motor control, and electrical safety standards.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Microsoft Office Suite is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills, and able to collaborate with local and international teams.
• Develop project-specific PLC and HMI programs using Schneider-based control platform.
• Customize and adapt existing PLC codes for unique customer and project requirements.
• Design wiring diagrams, schematics, and control panel layouts in AutoCAD Electrical.
• Support Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and on-site commissioning of pump stations and automation systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve control system issues during production and field deployment.
• Maintain and update the companys PLC standards, libraries, and technical documentation .
• Provide technical support to manufacturing, service, and customer teams.
