Technical Competencies & Experience :

• 2+ years experience in agricultural crop protection industry.
• Deliver in-field support, demos, and feedback on crop protection products.
• Advise on regional agronomy, integrated solutions, and emerging crop challenges.
• Influence product uptake through credibility, knowledge sharing
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with distributor agents and growers.
• Foster collaboration through field days, joint visits, and technical training.
