Job Specification :

Key Performance Areas :

  • Manage attendance records and address unreported absences.
  • Track and validate overtime claims and acting allowances for payroll processing.
  • Oversee HR inbox for timely responses and resolve discrepancies per site procedure.
  • Compile weekly reports on overtime, leave forms, and time sheets.
  • Ensure accurate leave tracking, supporting SAP and acting as backup for leave entries.
  • Facilitate Fixed Term Contract processes and maintain employee role profiles.
  • Support scheduling and completion tracking for Employee Self-Service (ESS) training.
  • Process entries on BesTime for accurate payroll.
  • Requirements

  • Education : National Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.
  • Experience : 3 years or more experience of Human Resources administration in unionized FMCG / manufacturing.
  • Knowledge :  Strong payroll process understanding; SAP experience preferred.
  • Skills : Microsoft Office proficiency; BesTime knowledge is advantageous.
