Key Performance Areas :
Manage attendance records and address unreported absences.Track and validate overtime claims and acting allowances for payroll processing.Oversee HR inbox for timely responses and resolve discrepancies per site procedure.Compile weekly reports on overtime, leave forms, and time sheets.Ensure accurate leave tracking, supporting SAP and acting as backup for leave entries.Facilitate Fixed Term Contract processes and maintain employee role profiles.Support scheduling and completion tracking for Employee Self-Service (ESS) training.Process entries on BesTime for accurate payroll.Requirements
Education : National Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.Experience : 3 years or more experience of Human Resources administration in unionized FMCG / manufacturing.Knowledge : Strong payroll process understanding; SAP experience preferred.Skills : Microsoft Office proficiency; BesTime knowledge is advantageous.Human Resources jobs
