Duties & Responsibilities
- Knowledge of hatchery operations
- Managing all technical and administrative aspects of the hatchery
- Co-ordinate the ongoing protocol of Biosecurity
- Prepares estimate of revenue and expenditure and manage approved budget allocation
- Compland present reports as requires on technical aspects
- Planning set per flock
- Arranging transport for chicks and egg collections
- Managing stock intake and outgoing stock
- Managing weekly graphs and reports
- Calibrating setters and hatchers
- Oversee nightshift staff
- Oversee plant room
- Boiler and chiller maintenance
Garden and terrain maintenance

Grade 12Tertiary Education will be to your advantageSolid and proven working experience as a Hatchery ManagerComputer literateBe able to speak read and write English and AfrikaansRequired Experience :
