Nurse Engagement Coordinator (US Healthcare) - EST Hours (Remote)

Our client is a US-based healthcare organisation supporting nurses across various facilities. They are seeking a proactive, empathetic individual to join their team and help ensure nurses feel supported and valued throughout their contracts. As a Nurse Engagement Coordinator , you will manage and support nurses, both current and prospective, ensuring they are engaged, heard, and well-supported. You’ll work closely with the team to track clinician engagement, identify those at risk of disengagement, and provide insights that help maintain a positive experience for all nurses.

PLEASE NOTE :

• Working Hours : This role requires you to work EST hours Mon - Fri from 9am to 6pm EST (16h00pm to 01h00am South African time - subject to change depending on USA daylight savings).
• Internet Requirements : A fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and the ability to support a wired Ethernet connection is mandatory. Applicants without a fixed fibre line cannot be considered.
• Power Backup : A reliable power backup solution is required to manage load shedding and power outages . Applicants without a power backup cannot be considered.
• Work Environment : This is a fully remote working role.
