Production Manager

Were looking for a skilled Production Manager to lead an FMCG manufacturing operation in the Western Cape.

This role requires a Bachelors degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, complemented by at least 5 8 years of experience in a production management role within the food processing or manufacturing industry.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing production schedules, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards like HACCP and ISO, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma, experience with ERP systems, and a proven track record of enhancing production efficiency and team leadership.
