Digital Marketing & Content Specialist
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Digital Marketing & Content Specialist to join our Marketing team. This person will be fully integrated into an international team, working closely with colleagues across multiple regions.
This role combines digital marketing strategy, campaign management, and content creation. You will be responsible for ensuring that our brand maintains a strong, consistent, and engaging presence across all digital channels, including social media, our website, and email communications.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal teams and external agencies, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and use AI tools and digital analytics to optimize campaigns and content.
Digital Marketing
- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies and campaigns across multiple platforms, with a strong focus on LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media channels.
- Create, edit, and manage content, including articles, social posts, video scripts, and newsletters, ensuring all communications are high-quality, engaging, and on-brand.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve results.
- Collaborate with internal teams, anticipate marketing needs, and manage multiple requests efficiently.
- Maintain a strong visual and aesthetic standard across all marketing materials.
- Keep up to date with the latest trends in digital marketing and content, suggesting innovative approaches to strengthen the brand.
SEO & Website Management
Manage the company’s website (WordPress), keeping content up to date, optimised for SEO, and considered by AI tools in search results.Act as the main point of contact with external agencies, managing campaigns across Google Ads and other digital platforms.Administration and Reporting

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Digital Media / Digital Marketing .Minimum of 5 years’ experience in digital marketing, preferably with exposure to B2B marketing.Proven expertise in social media management, particularly LinkedIn and YouTube.Hands-on experience with Google Ads, digital campaigns, and a solid understanding of SEO fundamentals.Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for storytelling and content creation.Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, external partners, and agencies.Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Strong visual awareness and attention to detail.Proactive, creative, and able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.Experience in international marketing is highly preferred.Understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) is beneficial.Solid understanding of e-mail marketing platforms and CRM integration#J-18808-Ljbffr
