Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Financial Reporting Specialist to oversee fund accounting and financial reporting for our clients' funds globally. This role involves providing oversight to third-party administrators, reviewing statutory financial reports, and project managing the report, account, and audit process.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide oversight to third-party administrators to ensure accurate and timely fund accounting and financial reporting.
• Review statutory financial reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Project manage the report, account, and audit process to ensure seamless execution.
• Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes in various regions to maintain knowledge of industry developments.
• Prepare and review fund Board Papers, including budgets and cost monitoring, to support informed decision-making.
• Review industry and regulatory reports across multiple jurisdictions to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Manage accounts payable and ensure correct calculation and allocation of fund-related costs.
