About the Role
The Group CFO is looking for a strong, practical Finance Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day financial operations across the group. You’ll handle the detail that keeps the business running smoothly — consolidations, reconciliations, reporting, and process management — freeing up leadership to focus on growth and strategy.
This role will suit someone who is dependable, calm under pressure, and able to bring structure and accuracy into a complex, multi-entity environment.

What We’re Looking For Relevant finance qualification – CIMA, SAIPA, or BCom with strong experience. Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in property, construction, or project-based environments. Excellent attention to detail and a structured, methodical approach. Comfortable working across multiple entities and handling complex reconciliations. Proactive, helpful, and easy to work with – a “get-things-done” attitude is key. Strong Excel and accounting systems skills.
