3–5 years of experience in a service role within a 5-star hotel, restaurant, or luxury establishment. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Strong guest-service orientation with attention to detail. Barista or mixology skills are an advantage. Knowledge of European languages is a plus. Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays Professional, courteous, and approachable. Team player with a proactive attitude. Calm under pressure and able to handle challenging situations with grace.
