The Role : Research Administrator

This foundational role supports the business development function by identifying, researching, and verifying high-quality B2B leads for the sales team. You\'ll be the engine behind lead generation, ensuring the team has accurate, actionable data to power their outreach and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify marketing decision-makers across targeted industries
• Use tools like LinkedIn, Hunter, and Lusha to gather verified contact information
• Build accurate, segmented lead lists aligned with campaign goals
• Validate and clean data for accuracy and completeness
• Maintain and update lead records in the CRM (Pipedrive / HubSpot)
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine lead criteria and priorities
• Deliver timely, high-quality research to support ongoing sales efforts
