Your main purpose is to develop and implement a G4S customer engagement strategy for Africa that is aligned with our corporate objectives, building a positive brand internally, externally, and in the media.Key Responsibilities :
Develop Strategy : Design and manage the regional marketing, communications, and PR strategy.Drive Digital : Lead website and social media strategy, content creation, and lead generation.Champion the Brand : Manage all corporate publications (newsletters, briefs) and ensure brand and corporate identity compliance.Enhance Customer Experience : Design and implement customer satisfaction surveys, analyze results, and work with country teams to create service improvement plans.Enable Sales : Create a comprehensive product and sales toolkit, including case studies and product videos.Manage Key Relationships : Build solid relationships with Top 20 and Global clients, manage business reviews, and establish C-suite level advisory conversations.What We're Looking For :
A relevant Marketing degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification.Proven experience in a senior marketing and communications role.Demonstrable experience implementing customer service initiatives and managing high-level client conversations.Excellent strategic, communication, and relationship-building skills.A leader who embodies our values, showing innovation in strategy, caring through customer focus, and teamwork by collaborating across diverse marketsIf you are a strategic thinker passionate about building a brand and enhancing customer experience, we want to hear from you.Customer Service jobs
