The Role :

Your main purpose is to develop and implement a G4S customer engagement strategy for Africa that is aligned with our corporate objectives, building a positive brand internally, externally, and in the media.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop Strategy : Design and manage the regional marketing, communications, and PR strategy.

Drive Digital : Lead website and social media strategy, content creation, and lead generation.

Champion the Brand : Manage all corporate publications (newsletters, briefs) and ensure brand and corporate identity compliance.

Enhance Customer Experience : Design and implement customer satisfaction surveys, analyze results, and work with country teams to create service improvement plans.

Enable Sales : Create a comprehensive product and sales toolkit, including case studies and product videos.

Manage Key Relationships : Build solid relationships with Top 20 and Global clients, manage business reviews, and establish C-suite level advisory conversations.

What We're Looking For :

A relevant Marketing degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification.

Proven experience in a senior marketing and communications role.

Demonstrable experience implementing customer service initiatives and managing high-level client conversations.

Excellent strategic, communication, and relationship-building skills.

A leader who embodies our values, showing innovation in strategy, caring through customer focus, and teamwork by collaborating across diverse markets
