- Corporate Health Manager - SecondmentKey PurposeBe the face of Discovery Health through building and maintaining strategic relationships with Corporate clients, intermediaries and franchises through retention and excellent service delivery and growth of the Discovery Health products.Key OutputsAreas of responsibility may include but not limited to : Aligning / integrating Discovery service offering along with clients' business strategy by : Understanding corporate clients and intermediaries strategic objectivesProviding ongoing support and information to their key clientsIdentifying opportunities and providing a value added serviceRecognizing and managing potential riskSetting annual initiativesCompetitive benchmarkingNeeds analysisImplementing and managing effective initiativesMarket and manage 'value' proposition by : Managing and retaining portfolioRelationship buildingRegular meetings with clientLiaising with dedicated brokerExtensive networkingImproving process efficiencies, TAT and communications between clients and DiscoveryRecognizing and managing risk and potential threats, providing solutionsIn-depth understanding of clients' industry, trends and environmentUnderstanding the impact of the industry changes etc to their clientsAccount to continue growingEnsuring smooth billing processIdentifying areas for improvementTraining employers and members through presentations, one on one sessionsAnalysis : Reporting, trending and providing recommendations through appropriate channelsAnalyzing customer data base – identifying potential risk, trends and opportunitiesImplementing company survey – interpreting findings and making recommendationsProviding Monthly and quarterly client reportsMonitoring and analyzing performance of each corporate accountClient retention through the delivery of identified key outputsPersonal skills and attributesPace and Variety of ActivitiesA very quick paceWill be a changing environment, tasks may change very quickly.
