Job descriptionAdapting to a fully remote working environment while achieving personal and team goals. Managing work-life balance while focusing on sales targets. Native or advanced-level German language skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize and communicate effectively. Self-motivated and able to work independently from a remote location. Experience in using CRM software is an advantage. No criminal record. Previous sales experience is beneficial but not required. Candidates should be motivated to learn and develop sales skills.
We are seeking motivated German speakers to join an international sales team dedicated to unlocking market potential for small companies with high growth opportunities. The role offers a work-from-home arrangement providing the opportunity for fixed salaries complemented by performance-driven incentives. The ideal candidates will share strong individual goals recognize the value of milestones and contribute to a cooperative team environment.
