Key Responsibilities :
Oversee financial reporting, compliance, and controls for plant operations.Manage stock reconciliations, inventory processes, and ensure reporting accuracy.Analyse plant costs and drive cost optimisation initiatives.Provide financial insights and partner with operations to improve efficiency and profitability.Job Experience and Skills Required :
Education : Minimum BCom Degree (Accounting / Finance) non-negotiable.Experience : 510 years in a financial control role within a plant / manufacturing environment .Proven stock management and inventory experience essential.ERP system exposure with strong systems knowledge.Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.Apply now!
