Financial Controller Boksburg

We are hiring : Financial Controller

We are a global freight forwarding company that specializes in the packaging and movement of dangerous goods. We currently have 4 offices in South Africa and a number of offices in Africa. We are looking for an experienced person to join our accounts team.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Hands on approach to all functions relating to the accounts department for African offices
• Ensuring clients receive their invoices and statements at the required times
• Managing the debtors and ensuring the company always recovers its money for the services it has provided
• Petty cash management for all African offices
• Ensuring the accounting system is always up to date and accurate
• Reporting to senior management on a global level
• SARS submissions for PAYE / VAT
• Bank reconciliation
• Management of Bargaining Council (for the Road Freight and Logistics Industry) returns would be beneficial
• Billing of major clients

Desired Experience & Qualification

Package & Remuneration

R 20 000 - R40 000 depending on experience
