Qualifications
Requirments :
- Red Seal Millwright or Electrical Trade Certificate (or) Diploma in Electrical Engineering with mechanical experience
- Boiler operation & maintenance certifications are a plus
- Valid drivers licence
- 5-10 years in a similar technical supervisory role
- Strong leadership experience in managing the boiler house or production staff
- Skilled in fault-finding, planned maintenance, and commissioning
- Familiar with PLC programming, electrical / mechanical systems
- Able to read technical drawings and create basic diagrams
- Proficient in MS Office and SharePoint
