We are seeking Virtual Sales Administrators located in South Africa to support a U.S.-based Law Practice. Prior experience in the legal field is preferred but not required. Candidates must be fluent in English, confident in communicating professionally, and comfortable handling a high volume of inbound calls.
As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in creating a positive experience for clients. Your focus is to ensure every caller feels comfortable, guided, and well-informed. In this role, you will handle a variety of receptionist and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, redirect calls, or take detailed messages.
- Respond to client inquiries and assist with concerns or complaints.
- Gather and record the required information from callers.
- Prepare and manage outgoing mail.
- Organize, sort, and forward emails.
- Update and maintain records and files.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support.
What We\'re Looking For
Fluency in English, with clear, professional communication.Previous experience in customer service, reception, call center, administration, or client-facing roles (legal experience is a plus, but not required).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional in sensitive situations.Comfortable gathering detailed information and delivering accurate messages.Tech-savvy and familiar with common online platforms, virtual collaboration tools, and email communication.Ability to stay organized and manage multiple calls and tasks at once.Professional, adaptable, and solutions-focused.Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote work environment.Other requirements
