Job descriptionPrepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities (BOQs) Lead cost planning, tender analysis, and subcontractor negotiations Administer and manage construction contracts (including variations and claims) Monitor and control project costs to ensure profitability and alignment with budgets Conduct risk assessments and drive value engineering initiatives Manage payment applications, final accounts, and close-out procedures Liaise with clients, Engineers, and site personnel to ensure that project goals are met Deliver clear, concise cost reports and forecasting Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management Minimum 3–5 years relevant experience in construction and / or civil engineering Proven track record of managing costs across multiple concurrent projects Proficiency in cost software (e.g. CCS Candy, BuildSmart, or equivalent) Deep understanding of JBCC, FIDIC, or similar contract types Valid driver's license and a willingness to travel to project sites as needed Natural high achievers who take initiative Professionals who own their work and strive for precision Resilient team players with a solution-focused mindset Clear communicators who can hold their ground professionally People who see construction not just as a job, but as a career
