Job Purpose
Key Outputs may include but are not limited to :
Catering production
Ensuring food is being produced safely and according to health and safety requirements.Ordering goods / stockRequest stock needed for events from the store man.
Check stock quality.Check expiry date.Packing stock into designated storages.Daily monitoring the quality of stock in storages.Health and Safety
Cleaning and managing designated areas and stores.Working with HSE to ensure higher grading on kitchen audits.Catering events
Responsible for ensuring food is being prepared as per menus provided.Ensuring food is displayed and set-up 45 minutes before the event starts.Wastage
Manage quantities of food being produced to reduce wastage.Ordering what is needed for the week, to reduce the risk of spoilage.Documenting
Transfer document for stock allocationRequisitioning forms.Recipes to be followed as per the recipe file.Inventory control Job / Role RequirementsWork Experience
