About the role

In this role you will :

• Partner with clients and our sales team to capture their document management and workflow requirements.
• Craft customized Laserfiche solutions that adhere to client goals, compliance standards, and budget considerations.
• Configure and integrate Laserfiche software according to client needs.
• Design and deploy automated workflows, transitioning on-premise systems to cloud environments as needed.
• Provide stellar technical support, ensuring system performance and conducting regular maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to achieve project success and drive software enhancements.
• Continuously update your knowledge with industry trends and Laserfiche advancements to offer state-of-the-art solutions.
