Support Centre Manager (Rondebosch- Western Cape)

Boston City Campus is expanding! We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and are seeking an enthusiastic, passionate, and driven individual to lead our new Rondebosch Support Centre in the Western Cape.

The ideal candidate will inspire their team, uphold company procedures and protocols, provide outstanding student support, and contribute to growing Boston’s market share in the region.

Minimum Requirements

• A higher education qualification (minimum NQF Level 7 ) is essential
• At least 5 years’ work experience , including 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport
• Proficient computer skills , particularly in Microsoft Office Suite
• South African citizenship
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• A strong sense of urgency and a customer service mindset
• Proven sales ability and strong organisational skills
• Hardworking, resourceful, goal-oriented, and approachable
• Exceptional people and leadership skills
