Minimum Requirements

A National Diploma (T / N / S streams) or equivalent; or N3 certificate (or higher) and a passed trade test in the building industry; or Registration as an Engineering Technician; A minimum of 3 years appropriate experience; A valid code B drivers licence.

Competencies

Knowledge and understanding of the following : Facets of the construction industry and National Building Regulations; Construction regulations within the Occupational Health and Safety Act; Skills needed : Computer literacy (MS Office : Word & Excel); Report writing; Excellent communication skills at project management level (verbal and written).
