Role

We’re looking for a proactive, relationship-driven Sales Agent to join our high-performing sales team. This is not your traditional sales-rep role, it’s a hybrid position that blends inside sales (calls, online follow-up, customer relationship management) with strategic field visits.

You’ll work closely with our customers to support their needs, introduce new products, and make it easy for them to order via our online portal. Your focus will be on building trusted relationships, spotting opportunities, and ensuring customers receive consistent, reliable service that aligns with our brand promise.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
• Generate new business through prospecting calls, emails, and field visits.
• Manage and grow repeat orders while introducing customers to our online ordering portal.
• Present and promote new product lines to existing clients.
• Ensure consistent follow-up and client communication.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and activity KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM / ERP system.
• Collaborate with the internal sales and order processing teams for seamless service delivery.
• Contribute to a positive team environment built on collaboration, reliability, and accountability.
