Auto Electrician

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnosis and Troubleshooting : Analyze and diagnose electrical system malfunctions using diagnostic tools and techniques to isolate faults.
• Repair and Replacement : Repair, replace, or adjust faulty wiring, components, and systems (e.g., ignition, lighting, battery systems).
• Installation : Install new electrical equipment and components in vehicles.
• Technical Comprehension : Read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, service manuals, and other technical specifications.
• Safety and Compliance : Adhere to safety, health, and environmental standards, and ensure repairs comply with industry standards and codes.
• Customer Interaction : Discuss vehicle problems and proposed repairs with customers, and prepare estimates and invoices.
• Record Keeping : Complete job reports, capture data related to stoppages, and manage work order details.
