About This Role :

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Engagement Manager to join our team! You will play a crucial role in executing dynamic online campaigns focused on building and nurturing a vibrant online community across Reddit and StockTwits. Your primary emphasis will be on engaging investors and those interested in meme stocks embodying the voice and spirit of community members rather than the brand itself.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Community Building : Identify and engage within key Reddit and StockTwits communities known for their interest in investment opportunities and meme stocks particularly those with a "diamond hands" mentality.

Targeted Content Creation : Develop and share engaging low-effort content that resonates with investors including memes and user-generated content (UGC) that feels authentic and pedestrian representing actual community members.

Direct Investor Engagement : Proactively participate in conversations with potential investors addressing questions and concerns to build trust and credibility within these communities.

Active Participation : Engage in discussions provide valuable insights and establish relationships with key community members ensuring that your presence feels organic and relatable.

Leveraging Trending Topics : Monitor trending discussions and strategically integrate into relevant conversations capitalizing on existing momentum while maintaining an authentic community voice.

Understanding Community Dynamics : Utilize the specific language and humor prevalent in Reddit and StockTwits to effectively connect with users.

Performance Self-Evaluation : We value individuals with an interest in data and technical analysis. You will have the opportunity to self-evaluate your performance through social listening and a strong aptitude for learning social listening tools is preferred.

Qualifications :

Proven experience in community management preferably within the finance or tech industries.

A deep understanding of Reddit and StockTwits culture and communication styles.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

A passion for engaging with online communities and building relationships.

Experience with platforms like Circle or Discord is a plus.

A knack for creating relevant memes or informal content that resonates with community members.

Technical background with the ability to conduct data analysis and social listening is desirable.
