Integrated Marketing Manager

Overview

We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented and dynamic Integrated Marketing Manager to serve as the primary operational lead for marketing-related activities across the company.

This role will act as the point of contact for all inter-departmental marketing needs, ensuring seamless execution of events, creation of collateral, and support for social media initiatives. You will be responsible for coordinating projects across teams, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring that all marketing deliverables align with Scytale's brand guidelines and strategic objectives.

Working closely with the Head of Brand, Demand Gen, and other departments, you will facilitate smooth collaboration and ensure efficient, high‑quality execution of marketing initiatives.

Requirements

Experience : Minimum 3 years of experience in integrated marketing, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, or marketing operations (preferably in a B2B SaaS environment).

Proven ability to produce high volumes of engaging, high‑quality work across multiple formats.

Skills

• Strong understanding of branding and design principles with experience working with external creative teams and vendors.
• Exceptional project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency with marketing systems (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot, and Notion).
• Proven ability to manage events and ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.
