What You’ll Do
Facilitate a smooth and successful onboarding experience for customers, ensuring their long‑term success with RemodelBoom.Build relationships with our clients and develop deep empathy for their workflows and requirements.Ensure client campaigns are running smoothly, fixing problems independently.Measure and communicate impact through personalized looms and calls with the client.What We'd Like
Previous full‑time experience working in US time zones is required . Please do not apply if you have never worked US‑timezone hours before.Experience in customer success management, account management, project management, or operations.Can move, think, act, and learn extremely fast.Has an intrinsic drive and hustle to learn more and do better every day.Experience with CRMs – familiarity with tools like GoHighLevel or Close is a strong plus.Working Hours
Since we’re based in the US, you’ll be working US hours – Monday – Friday 8 am MT to 4 pm MT, which is 5 pm to 1 am South African time.
