Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper / Property Administrator to join the Port Elizabeth team,
- Handle all communications with tenants and owners
- Manage all lease-related communication and documentation
- Report, coordinate, and facilitate all maintenance tasks, ensuring completion and obtaining final invoices
- Perform full bookkeeping functions up to trial balance, including capturing, reconciliations, and monthly reporting
- Oversee property marketing activities, including uploading listings on websites and online platforms
- Liaise with brokers for property listings, enquiries, and feedback
- Attend site visits as required by landlords and tenants
- Maintain and update compliance records in line with company and statutory requirements
- Arrange and facilitate fire equipment servicing and ensure all related compliance checks are completed
Requirements
