Talent Acquisition Partner
We are looking for a strategic, innovative and commercially savvy Talent Acquisition Partner to build and lead Edge Growth’s internal talent acquisition capability. This is both a builder and execution role, responsible for laying the foundation of how Edge sources talent while directly leading recruitment for strategic and hard-to-fill roles critical to the organization’s success.
What you will do (not limited to)
Strategic Talent Acquisition Leadership
- Design and execute a sourcing blueprint for strategic, critical and specialist roles
- Partner with business leaders to forecast and plan future workforce needs
- Build long‑term, top‑quality talent pipelines for critical talent areas
Market Mapping & Talent Engagement
Proactively identify, attract and nurture top‑tier industry talentDevelop and maintain internal talent pools for permanent, FTC and contractor needsImplement an effective talent nurturing methodology and insights‑driven pipeline trackingEmployer Branding & Market Presence
Co‑create and evolve Edge’s talent brand and market positioningProduce compelling talent‑brand collateral with Marketing & People teamsRepresent Edge at industry events, graduate functions and networking platformsEnd‑to‑End Strategic Recruitment
Lead full recruitment lifecycle for high‑priority rolesCoach business leaders on best‑practice sourcing, assessment & candidate experienceDeliver strong analytics and insights to drive decision‑makingIP & Capability Building
Build Edge’s internal TA playbook, sourcing frameworks, pipelines and toolsRetain and grow internal sourcing IP and talent intelligenceMentor and uplift People Team capability in recruitment excellenceRequirements
South African citizenDegree in HR, Industrial or Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Communications or Marketing (or equivalent)Advantage : Certification in LinkedIn Recruiter, AIRS or similarExperience
5–7 years in talent acquisition or sourcing (consulting, financial services or growth environments)Proven experience sourcing strategic and scarce skillsStrong business acumen and executive‑stakeholder engagement capabilityTrack record in EVP, employer branding & talent marketingExperience with TA systems, CRMs and recruitment techWhat Success Looks Like
