Job descriptionExecute the release process from development through production, leveraging CI / CD pipelines and automation tools such as GitHub Actions, JFrog, and Firebase. Conduct deployments across multiple environments (e.g., Integration, Staging, Production) and app stores (Google Play Store, Apple App Store, Huawei AppGallery). Monitor deployment health, proactively troubleshoot issues, and implement rollback plans when necessary to maintain system stability. Serve as the central point of contact for all release‑related communications, ensuring clear expectations and transparency across development, QA, product, and domain teams. Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (planning, retrospectives, stand‑ups) to report release status and address blockers. Document release processes, best practices, and post‑mortem reports to foster knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. Identify and lead initiatives to enhance release efficiency, including automation of manual tasks, workflow optimization, and adoption of new tools (e.g., SonarCloud, NowSecure, DataDog). Stay current with industry trends and best practices in release engineering and DevOps, recommending relevant innovations. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. 3+ years of experience in release engineering, DevOps, or related roles, preferably supporting mobile and cloud‑based applications. Strong hands‑on experience with CI / CD tools such as GitHub Actions or Jenkins. Familiarity with mobile app distribution platforms : Google Play Store, Apple App Store, Huawei AppGallery. Proficient in containerization and artifact management tools, including Docker and JFrog Artifactory. Experience with static code analysis and security tools such as SonarCloud or NowSecure. Working knowledge of cloud services and monitoring tools like Firebase and DataDog. Solid understanding of DevOps principles, release management best practices, and automation frameworks. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead cross‑team collaboration.

Job Description
As a Release Engineer, you will play a critical role in assisting with coordinating and executing software releases, ensuring smooth delivery across multiple teams and platforms. You will assist with managing the release lifecycle from planning through deployment and monitoring, driving automation and process improvements in a DevOps environment.
Key Result Areas
- Collaborate in creating and managing comprehensive release plans, including timelines, dependencies, rollback strategies, and communication protocols.
- Facilitate coordination of releases with cross‑functional teams by consolidating changes and maintaining clear, up‑to‑date release logs accessible to all stakeholders.
- Participate in pre‑release risk assessments and scope discussions to ensure readiness and alignment.
