Main Purpose :
To define, manage and monitor the implementation of Engineering, infrastructure, and project technical support as well as providing technical support to all projects implemented (including planning projects).

Qualifications & Experience :
Registration with relevant accredited councils within the built environment and / or project management discipline is required.Civil Engineering Degree or equivalent qualification is required.Project and programme management qualifications added advantage.A minimum of 8 years of experience in the built environment is required.Excellent understanding and at least 5 years working experience in a PFMA / MFMA and public entities environment.A minimum of 3 years experience must be in a large scale and / or a low-cost housing construction environment or engineering services or infrastructure development (bulk pipelines, water, sanitation, roads & / or storm water).Demonstrate previous project management capabilities in managing various built environment service providers (PRT and / or consultants and / or contractors).Valid Drivers license is required.Computer literacy in AUTOCAD, MS Project, Civil Engineer and / or Microsoft is required.Willing to travel extensively.
