What This Role Actually Means

You''ll be the technical architect behind M-KOPA''s financial planning transformation. That means :

• Designing, building, and owning robust Anaplan models that support budgeting, long-range planning, rolling forecasts, and scenario modeling across multiple business units and geographies. Ensure models scale, perform, and align with Anaplan best practices.
• Owning integrations between Anaplan and our ERP, CRM, and data lake, ensuring seamless data flow and real-time insights. Establish governance, documentation, version control, and security controls. Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and continuous improvement.
• Partnering with Finance, Commercial, and Operations teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions. Lead user training and onboarding, drive platform adoption, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external consultants across time zones and cultures. Explore opportunities to integrate AI and advanced analytics into the roadmap.

This is a core role in M-KOPA''s broader finance digital transformation journey. You won''t be isolated in a technical silo—you''ll be working alongside senior finance leadership who view modern planning infrastructure as strategic, not administrative.
