Job description

Graduate Trainee - Finance - 12 Month Contract

Minimum Requirements :

Completed a degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Currently unemployed and available for full-time work
Strong proficiency in MS Office , especially Excel
Comfortable with IT systems and digital tools
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute meaningfully to the team

Key Responsibilities :

Assist with day-to-day finance and administrative tasks

Support data entry, reconciliations, and report generation

Work closely with finance and operations teams to understand core business functions

Participate in internal training and development workshops

Contribute to team projects and process improvement initiatives

Shadow senior team members and learn how to operate effectively in a professional environment
