Our client is looking for a Human Capital Analyst to join their expanding team. Here youll have the opportunity to contribute to Board-level reports, sustainability strategies, transformation initiatives, and remuneration planning .

Key Responsibilities :

  • Prepare talent management and transformation reports for Board, Exco, and Human Capital Manco.
  • Conduct research, benchmarking, and analysis of Human Capital and transformation metrics.
  • Compile and analyse Human Capital dashboards to inform business sustainability.
  • Drive Employment Equity submissions and BEE scorecard reporting, including monitoring and presenting EE performance.
  • Analyse and prepare remuneration and long-term incentive data for Exco and below.
  • Support sustainability reporting, ESG metrics identification, and shareholder-related submissions.
  • Liaise across business units to source, analyse and present workforce data.
  • Provide high-level support to the Executive Director, including stakeholder engagement, correspondence, and calendar management.

Job Experience and Skills Required :

  • Education : Bachelors Degree in Economic Science, Mathematical Science, or a related field.
  • Experience : Minimum of 2 years in Human Capital analytics, with a proven track record in data analysis, reporting, and compliance.
  • Skills :
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS, payroll, and employee management systems.
  • Excellent report writing, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation (EE, BEE, Labour, etc.).
  • Core Competencies : Strategic thinking, project management, attention to detail, collaboration, and innovation.
