1 day agoChallenging Opportunity for Vice President - Operations AcidThe role of Vice President - Operations Acid is a strategic position within the company, responsible for effectively managing and aligning the Acid Division operations with the overall objectives identified in the turnaround strategy plan.This involves ensuring continued profitability by aligning all acid division process functions with the strategic goals of the company and managing operations based on strategic business principles in line with the group turnaround plan.Key Responsibilities : Strategic Alignment : Align acid division process functions with the company's strategic goals to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.Operational Management : Manage operations based on strategic business principles to achieve the company's objectives.Education : Engineering Degree (Mechanical / Chemical)Experience : 15 years plus experience in the industrial environment (chemical, fertilizer or petrochemical)Leadership Experience : 8 years' experience at Senior Management LevelManagement Experience : 5 years plus management experience at a GM or Executive levelPersonal Qualities : Excellent leadership abilities, team player, forward thinkingSelection Process : Candidates will be selected based on their experience, skills, and personal qualities.
