About the Role

We are hiring a Transition Manager / Senior Project Manager to oversee and execute end-to-end service transitions in a dynamic EdTech environment. The successful candidate will lead the onboarding of vendor teams, manage service stabilization, and ensure alignment between business and technical stakeholders throughout the transition lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute transition plans for onboarding vendor resources and operationalizing services
• Ensure seamless knowledge transfer and documentation of systems, processes, and workflows
• Drive risk management and mitigation strategies during the transition phase
• Define and track KPIs and SLAs to ensure service stability and performance
• Establish governance mechanisms to monitor progress and dependencies
• Align engineering, operations, and business stakeholders across all transition stages
• Oversee the full transition lifecycle : initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
• Ensure compliance with all security, regulatory, and contractual obligations
• Act as an escalation point for transition-related issues
• Provide regular status updates, dashboards, and executive summaries
